SO I went to the matsuri festival this weekend, and it was really fun. I had loads of fun seeing everyone I spent saturday wearing my brand new Fuu kimono (which is so much better) and entered the cosplay contest with Aya as Jin and as Mugen. We won first place, which is awsome, and my little sister took second in her first self-made cosplay We also got to do a cool photoshoot with and Overall the weekend was really great, although it made me wish for more money. I found a few kimono I wanted, but I am soooo broke, and I still need money for Fanime.

Onward to cosplay stuff. There is going to be a cosplay contest at the Japanese Friendship Garden on March 6th, which I'll be at. After that I don't have any schedualed events until Fanime. OMG we're going to Fanime, I are excited!!!! I'm hoping to finally have FFX Rikku done, and mabey do the masq, as well as Faye from Cowboy Bebop, San from Princess Mononoke, mabey Bulma from Dragonball, and perhaps a revamped Kairi. If anyone is gonna be at Fanime, I wanna know so we can hang out.

In normal art news, i have soooooooooo much traditional art and sculpture stuff I have to put up still, I'm just seriously behind. Hopefully I'll catch up soon.
